EAST COBB BASEBALL™ COMPLEX RULES & REGULATIONS
Privately owned and operated by ECB, Inc. a 501(c)(3) organization.
OUR MISSION:
To teach the integrity of the game of baseball.
To help players understand the greatness of the game while learning the life lessons associated with baseball.
To guide and enhance the process of advancing to the college or professional level.
To provide the best learning atmosphere, the best competition and the most fun the game of baseball has to offer to its participants.
THE FOLLOWING GOVERNS ALL FIELDS, FACILITIES, OPEN SPACE AND AMENITIES WITHIN THE EAST COBB BASEBALL™ COMPLEX SITE BOUNDARIES.
- No littering.
- No metal cleats. And no cleats on stairs or sidewalks.
- NO PETS.
- No skateboards, bikes, rollerblades or scooters.
- Persons shall comply with all officially posted signs.
- Possession, consumption or being under the influence of alcoholic beverages or illegal drugs is prohibited.
- Parents, guardians or caregivers of children are required to supervise the activities of the children in their care while in the park. Do not allow children to be unattended.
- No fighting.
- No weapons.
- No sunflower seeds or gum on turf.
- Smoking anywhere in the complex including the parking lots is prohibited.
- Persons entering or remaining on complex property when the complex is closed shall be considered trespassing.
- Team coolers only.
- No outside food.
- No glass containers.
- Please be supportive of the athletes - positive cheering only.
- All unattended property is presumed to be abandoned and may be removed.
- Patrons park vehicles at their own risk. ECB, Inc. assumes no liability from damages as a result of a car being struck by a ball or any other equipment in the parking lot.
- Please be on guard for foul balls. All participants and spectators assume all risks and dangers incidental to the game of baseball, including but not limited to, thrown bats and thrown or batted balls.
- No person or entity shall promote, sell, rent or trade goods and services in the complex without the express written consent of ECB, Inc.
- No person shall refuse to obey any lawful order of an authorized ECB, Inc. employee, contractor or associate.
- No person shall abuse, deface, damage or remove any property located in the complex.
- ECB, Inc. shall exercise its full rights under the law to remedy situations whereby a person or persons violate any of the ECB, Inc. complex rules. Remedies shall include, but not be limited to warnings, expulsion, arrest and prosecution.
ANYONE NOT ABIDING BY THESE RULES WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE.
